Our executive team had the pleasure of attending the 2022 Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Annual in beautiful Napa Valley, CA this November. It was refreshing and inspiring to enjoy the many unique perspectives from this year’s speakers, networking with incredibly talented manufacturing executives, reconnecting with friends, and saying farewell to those moving on to their next pursuits. Cheers to Al Cervero and Steve Meyer, thanks for all you’ve both done for our industry.

This year, we had a blast ice skating, golfing, dancing and enjoying the sights, tastes and scenery of Napa during our winery tour. We also had the opportunity to share the work we’ve been doing for AEM with the larger constituency, under the leadership of Julie Davis and Curt Blades. Over the past couple years, ATF has been working to create and evolve two industry-critical toolkits – Sustainability and Workforce Solutions – for AEM members and the heavy equipment world as a whole. Thank you again to our friends and colleagues at AEM. We appreciate you for having us at this year’s annual, and all the hard work that goes into making it happen. We beyond enjoyed ourselves and are riding the momentum into CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 this March!
